一纵，即泉城特色风貌轴。
The “one vertical” refers to the characteristic landscape axis from east to west in the City of Springs
(Jinan)
一横，即黄河生态风貌带。
One horizontal line refers to the ecological landscape belt of the Yellow River.
两核，即沿黄河两岸分别布局打造城市科创区、临空经济区。
Two cores, namely the layout and construction of urban science and technology innovation zones and
Airport Economic Zone along both sides of the Yellow River.
五组团，重点发展大桥、崔寨、桑梓店、孙耿太平、临空五大城市组团。
The “five clusters” refer to the five major urban clusters of Daqiao, Cuizhai, Sangzidian, Sungeng
Taiping and the Airport cluster.
