Jinan Start-up Area for Growth Drivers Transformation is located in the central and northern parts of Jinan,
spanning both sides of the Yellow River, with a planned area of approximately 798 square kilometers. It was
established and started operation on August 19, 2021.It enjoys the policy dividends of "Four Zones in One"
(Pilot Free Trade Zone, State-level New Areas, National Innovation Demonstration Zone, Comprehensive
Innovation and Reform Pilot Area).
