消费，建设职政居文娱商为一体的高品质复合活力街区，打造最能展示泉城现代化、国际
化形象的城市公共聚合空间，形成济南打造国际消费中心城市的有力支撑。
With a planned area of 1.7 square kilometers, the urban balcony is positioned as "a cultural living room along the Yellow
River, a window of vitality and a green and low-carbon community". With the support of a TOD transportation hub built
by relying on Rail transit Line 7, the city balcony will become a high-quality complex and dynamic district integrating
international education, quality housing, international exchange center and high-end consumption, and building
professional, political, residential, cultural and entertainment businesses. We are committed to building it into an urban
public aggregation space that can best show the modern and international image of Quancheng, and form a strong
support for Jinan to build an international consumer center city.

科研办公区 科创金融区规划面积 0.9 平方公里，定位为“黄河流域金融创新试验区”，聚焦科创服务、
绿色金融、金融科技等业态，大力引进各类金融机构区域总部、功能性总部，鼓励引导省

With a planned area of 0.9 square kilometers, the science and technology innovation financial district is positioned as the
"Financial Innovation Pilot Zone of Yellow River Basin", focusing on science and technology innovation services, green
finance, financial technology and other type of operation, vigorously introducing regional headquarters and functional
headquarters of various financial institutions. We strongly encourage and guide provincial financial institutions to settle
down or set up branches here, such as actively introducing various licensed financial institutions. By gathering a group
of fin-tech enterprises, we hope to create a financial cluster area where traditional finance and characteristic finance
develop in synergy and vitality of financial talents.

进重大科技成果产业化和支持高层次人才创新创业为目标，以科研院所、新型研发机构、

配套商业等为一体的创新综合体，构建黄河流域产教学研一体的协同创新高地。

industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements and supporting high-level talent innovation and
entrepreneurship, it focuses on scientific research institutes, new research and development institutions and scientific
and technological services. In addition, it carefully build an innovation complex integrating administrative offices,
scientific research offices, professional services, talent apartments, high-end hotels and supporting businesses, hoping to
build a collaborative innovation highland integrating production, teaching and research in the Yellow River basin.
