               总部经济区规划面积 1.3 平方公里,定位为“沿黄总部经济高地”,瞄准高端化、数字化、
               绿色化发展方向,集聚区域型总部、成长型总部和创业型企业,配套商业和文化设施,
               建立起较为完善的总部经济服务管理体系。鼓励引导国(央)企以及民营企业落户示范
               区,或在示范区设立区域总部、结算总部、业务子公司,搭建一批总部经济高质量发展
