 中国人寿大厦是济南首个取得LEED（O+M）铂金级认证的建筑，2021年大厦还取得了BREEM IN—USE五星认证和“鲁班奖”，是济南

 CBD打造现代化、品质化、生态化的一流建筑的代表，在建设品质、技术应用、绿色环保等领域发挥了引领示范作用。项目位于济南中央商

 务区核心区域,紧邻济南市主干道经十路，西、南、北三面环路，出入通畅，20余条公交线路经过，未来三条地铁环绕，交通便利。

                                                                               Lake, Rivers and Cities” and the Central Ribbon Park,
                                                                               it is made up of a tower and two wings with a total
                                                                               area of about 0.11 million square meters.
                                                                               Regarded mainly as the base of provincial railway
                                                                               economy headquarter, the headquarter of Shandong
                                                                               Railway Investment Group and the office building of
                                                                               its branches, the building contains a complete set of
                                                                               railway economy production chain including financ-
