 济南中央商务区设计供暖面积692万平方米,供冷面积220万平方米,使用同一套输配管网。冬季供暖采用章丘电厂余热,通过

 43.8公里长输管网将最高110℃热水输送至济南中央商务区;夏季供冷只需切换到冷源,把7℃左右的冷冻水作为冷媒输送到

 换冷站,再送进用户末端风盘系统,满足夏季制冷需求。目前,该项目为北方最大同供系统。

 A HOT-COLD WATER NETT-COLD WATER NET

 According to plan, making use of the same pipeline net, the system will provide warm water to an area of 6.92 million
 square meters and cooling to an area of 2.2 million square meters. Taking advantage of the after-heat of Zhangqiu
 Power Plant, the warm air system will convey hot water (highest temperature can reach 110℃) to CBD through pipes
 as long as 43.8 kilometers in winter; in summer, the system will switch and convey cold water as low as 7℃ to the
 exchange station and then to consumer end system. At present, it is the largest system that provides both hot water
 and cold water in the northern part of China.
