济南中央商务区是市委、市政府立足建设新时代社会主义现代化强省会大局，举全市之力打造的区域性经济中心、金融中心，是集中展
示山东经济文化强省实力和现代化、国际化形象的标志性区域。

中央商务区以“强势崛起、全省领跑”为目标，以“两核、一芯、一辅”为产业定位，以“金融+”和“新总部经济”为产业双核，以创新、创业、创

意为发展内芯，以现代化商务服务业为辅助配套，着力构建国际化金融商务生态圈。经过多年的建设发展，正逐渐成为立足济南、服务全省、
辐射黄河中下游的总部经济和金融机构聚集区，引领“强省会”建设的重要增长极，济南最具潜力和活力的都市新地标。

Jinan Central Business District is a regional economic and financial center that CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Jinan Munici-
pal Government take every effort to establish, with an aim to build a modern and powerful socialism provincial capital in the new
era, by using all the resources. It is also a landmark displaying the modern and international image of Shandong as a strong prov-
ince in terms of economy and culture.

Central Business District is striving to forge an international financial business ecological district with an aim to “rise and lead the
province” and an orientation of “two cores, one center and one subsidiary center”, which means taking “finance+” and “new
headquarter economy” as its two industrial cores, focus on innovation, entrepreneurship and originality and making modern
business service industry as subsidiary core. After years of construction and development, it is becoming a district where head-
quarter economy and financial institutions assemble that serve all the province and extend to the middle and lower reaches of
the Yellow River though based in Jinan. It is an important power to drive the provincial capital that is strong in economy to flour-
ish and to become a new city landmark with greatest potential and vigor.
